grips can bunch up and make the bar feel fatter in your hands which
leads to grip fatigue or slippage. Tape takes a while to put on and
tends to roll and bunch up during workouts. Chalk makes a mess and dries

- Rub WodWax directly on clean bar in two 4" - 5" sections where hands will be placed
- Apply generously on the top half and back of the bar where your hands and fingers will make contact
- Continue to apply until the wax forms bumps
- Go crush that WOD!!!
