Shipping Info

Shipping Policy  
Shipping Info: We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and various freight carriers for shipping products and equipment.  Most orders ship the same or next business day.  Many of our items ship for free and we reserve the right to ship these items using the carrier of our choice.  Most of our stocked items ship via USPS including the Neptune Troy Series Kettlebells.  Most other items ship UPS or FedEx Ground.  Certain items allow for expedited shipping including 2nd Day and Overnight.  Please see info below for larger orders requiring freight.  Tracking numbers will be updated through website under your account information and will be included in an email when available.  If you are an international customer or live outside of the Continental USA, please contact us first prior to ordering!  Our cart system may not supply the correct shipping costs for orders to any state or country outside of the Continental USA including Hawaii, Alaska Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.  If an order is placed from customers in these areas, we will contact you to discuss the shipping costs and availability of the product(s) ordered to your area. Please be sure to provide the correct ship to address when checking out and ensure that we get a full address including apt or suite numbers.  All returned products due to incorrect shipping information will result in the buyer having to pay to have the item(s) reshipped. 
Freight Shipping: Larger orders will require freight shipping including packages and orders with multiple pieces of equipment weighing in excess of 150lbs.  These orders typically take a few extra days of processing and shipping time.  This service requires a valid phone number to accompany your order so the freight carrier can setup an appointment with you directly.  Please be aware that the standard freight service is tail gate delivery which means the carrier will get as close to your residence or business as possible and place the items on the back end of the truck.  This may require you to manually unload the items from the truck and into your residence or business.  If the delivery address is in a tight neighborhood or unaccessible area for a large truck, you may have to meet the driver at another location or pickup directly from the freight terminal in your area.  There are addtional services available for an extra charge including a liftgate service (carrier will move the equipment from the truck to the ground) as well as deliveries using smaller trucks to access your residence or business.  Most orders only require the standard service but if you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering.   
Shipping Time: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive due to the many circumstances that may come up during transit.  Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate only.  We will provide tracking information as quickly as possible so you can view the progress of your order.  We are very good in processing orders in a timely fashion and shipping them as quickly as possible.  Delays will generally occur from incorrect shipping info, damages, items out of stock or weather/natural related issues.  Most items arrive in our stated time frames and we will contact you if any issues occur.
